1- Is the vest coming with a power bank?
No, unfortunately, the package does not include a power bank. We are sorry :)
2- Do you ship to the US? How long it takes? Can I track my shipping status?
Yes, indeed we ship to anywhere in the United States. Shipping is free to the United States. It usually arrives within 5-12 business days, on rare occasions, it might take longer. The processing time takes within 1-3 business days. After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking code to track your item! I hope this helped :)
We also ship to Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, UAE, Qatar, and Japan.
3- What size is the right size?
Before you submit your order, please choose the right size on the order page. We have sizes ranging from Small to XXL available!
4- I bought it but I don't like it, it does not fit me. Can I return it?
Absolutely! You have 14 days to return the item after you received it. Refund will be made to you once we confirm receipt of your returned parcel which meet the conditions for reimbursement. Please read our Refund Policy for further details.
5- I have received the item, but it has been damaged/not as described!
No worries, contact us immediately, send us as much information and images as you can. After we investigate, we will ship you a new one for free.
